Tails, Bow, Band and zip ties
Beginning with the tails, gather in the center.  I've sewn a seam to use for keeping it straight.  When gathering, I fold the outside seams to the back and then adjust the tails to fall properly.  It should look like this.
Use a shorter zip tie (8 inch) and pull it tight.  Pull the end of the zip tie to the back and cut off the excess.  Set the tails aside to begin the gathering of the bow.
Bow Gathering.  There is a seam in the center of the front and on the back is a  zigzag seam (see next picture).   You want to gatherit in the center.  This will be more difficult as this is thicker than the tails.   Again, turn the outside edges to the back when gathering, keep the stitched seam straight.
This is the center front with stitching and shows the zigzag seam closure of the back.  These need to line up when gathering, and it should be fairly easy as I've had it gathered prior to packing.
Using the longer (12 inch) zip tie, secure the folds into place.  You may need to pull here and there to get it straight and preseve the bows appearance.   When it looks like the picture below, meaning straight, pull the zip tie tight.  Then pull the excess of the zip tie to the back and trim it. 
Grab the tails and lay on your work area.  Next, lay the bow directly on top of the tails.  Using a long zip tie, connect them tightly together.
When properlly completed you will have the bow and tails in place.  Pull the excess of the zip tie to the back and cut it off.
Adding the Band.  This band is directional and needs to be secured with the desigh going the right way.  Lay it over the front as shown, **you'll want to thread the hanger (looped, round zip tie) through it before closing with the velcro.  This step can be done over and over until you're achieved the correct visual.   
It will look like this.  *You can adjust where the loop sits if it is showing too much when hung.
Front when band and loop are done.  Remember that when hanging on a door, it is high and the loop probably won't show much if at all.  Fluff your bow and set the tails into the wanted position.

I've made this page to assist in putting your bow together.  Not only does it make shipping easier, it will allow you break them down for storage.  Zip Ties are inexpensive and can be found at the dollar store.  I've included 8 and 12 inch but it isn't absolute on the length, close is fine.
